Billing and Payments

  • Our 30-day, risk-free guarantee will refund any payment made within the first 30-days.
  • Hardware must be returned/recovered undamaged to receive a full refund.

The FCC has some taxes and fees that must be applied to internet customers by law.

If non standard installation options are required and approved by the customer, those are billed if approved by the customer.

EFI uses an external payment processor

No credit cards are stored within EFI

Any promos or specials are valid for the first year only.

No arguments, 30-day risk-free guarantee. From the date of installation.

  • Month-to-month commitment.
    You can cancel at any time.
    A pause of service can be up to 90 days with no penalty or cost.
  • Hardware is refundable within the first 30-day guarantee period of the service being activated. To be eligible for the refund the equipment must be returned in working condition. Hardware is not refundable past the 30-day guarantee period. If the equipment is not returned to ElektraFi the hardware cost will not be refunded.
  • Otherwise no cancellation fee.

For network security – We provide all equipment for your connection to the internet (known as a CPE). You can add WIFI access points and other devices behind our CPE/router.  Those customer supplied devices are not maintained or diagnosed by ElektraFi.
